This refund policy applies to all purchases of our service in and the associated websites.

When you buy our services you hereby agree to all the terms and policies explained on this page, please do not purchase your plan without reviewing our refund policy first as any refund requests outside our refund policy scope will be dismissed and will be considered as a misuse of our service which might block you from access to some parts of our service like customer support in the future.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We don’t send any refunds of any amount after the first 24 hours of purchase make sure to review the terms below to have a better understanding.

What is our service:
Our service is the live TV channels that you can stream using IPTV players like IPTV Smarters pro. other parts that we label as a bonus like the EPG coverage, Catchup & VOD are not a part of our service.

When do we send refunds?
All new customers are eligible to ask for a full refund in the first 24 Hours of purchase if:

1- we couldn’t provide the service due to technical issues from the server side.

This means that the issue must be from the server-side and not caused by a part of your setup or a third party such as your ISP.

This doesn’t apply to outages due to system updates performed by our technical team after the first 24 hours of purchase.

in case you’re experiencing issues and not sure of the problem source, you can request a video recording from our support team showing that your line details are working.

2- In case we didn’t send the line details within 48 hours of purchase ( make sure to check both your spam and promotions folders and add [email protected] to your contact list ).

Note: these terms apply only to new customers and not renewals, also the first 24 hours of purchase are not a trial period that you can cancel at any time.

What are the customer responsibilities ( service requirements ) that you need to have before buying our service?

We only provide links to connect to our servers ( M3U, Xtream Codes, or Portal link). other important parts of the setup will need to be provided by the customer this includes.

1- a Supported device: Phone, Computer, Smart TV where you can download an IPTV player…
2- Good internet connection: We recommend all customers to have at least 50 Mbps in download speed to be able to have a seamless streaming experience any buffering caused by the internet speed is not godofiptv responsibility.
3- VPN subscription: a VPN is a must-have when streaming IPTV to make sure your ISP doesn’t throttle your connection. Not all VPN services are suitable for IPTV to make sure to contact our customer support to send you recommendations for the best VPN services for IPTV.
4- an IPTV Player: this is the app that you download on your device.

When we don’t send refunds?
We can only hold responsibly when the issues are caused from the server-side, but since IPTV relies on different parts that are explained in the service requirements above we can’t be responsible if a third party is causing issues.

1- We don’t send any refunds of any amount after the first 24 hours of purchase, we reserve resources in advance and pay a non-refundable fee to the cloud hosting company to deliver the service. asking for a refund of any amount after months of usage is considered to be an abuse of our service.

2- ISP: As we mentioned in the service requirements above the VPN is a necessity to avoid your ISP throttling your connection in some cases our service will not work for you if your ISP is applying restrictions, don’t buy our service if you’re not willing to purchase a reliable VPN.

3- asking for a refund while not having the service requirements is an abuse of our service.
